A papercraft is a folded model of a character. To create my papercraft I used Adobe Illustrator and a papercraft template. I began by designing the face of Lightning McQueen and then moving on to the lightning bolts and the rest of the body. I chose Lightning McQueen because I love the movie Cars and he is one of the main characters. McQueen has simple shaped features and with the tools on Illustrator I knew it would be easy to create him.
